I ordered a fitted sheet over 2 weeks ago and was sent a tracking number but when you check the number is says they are expecting the parcel and has said this for the last week. I have emailed 3 times so far and had no answer and tried phoning and no answer there either. UPDATE - I finally received an answer after I placed a message on their website, it was then dealt with very swiftly. The sheet had gone missing in the post and they issued a full refund very quickly.
